Bunny Hopping

Firstly Id like to thank you guys for having such an awesome community... from bf2, POE, and now 2142; I've been able to appreciate these games in a competitive, yet public environment. My hats are off to a great idea!

The reason Im here on the forums is to clear something up. What exactly do you guys consider bunny hopping? I was kicked yesterday(i think by jep) for "bunny hopping."

Keep in mind I had been on the server for at least an hour up until that point squad leading a "learn tg" squad. The incident in question involved me running jumping and proning behind a piece of small cover. Is that really bunny hopping? Im just curious as to what your guys definition of bunny hopping is-- and if its always gonna be a kick without warning type of thing?

It just sucked being kicked while leading a full squad that was working very well together

Re: Bunny Hopping

Welcome to the forums! Read the server rules and SOP's. They will explain what to do if you were kicked or banned.

Re: Bunny Hopping

If you jumped for no other reason than to avoid fire, then it's bunny hopping. If you jumped to clear an obstacle, then that's a different story.

Having said this, if you'd read our rules and SOPs, you'd know that any query related to an infraction should be addressed by PM to the admin(s) concerned. Starting a thread about it is not part of the query process.
