"I too would also like to contribute that EA sucks and is Lucifer."
lmao, I love the comments on there, hopefully these booster packs will turn out to be worth the money, I havn't bought any expansions for BF2 and I'm not going to for BF2142 unless it seems to be worth the amount of money I'm paying for it.
Also I don't want to keep having to put out money for expansion after expansion for this stuff, whatever happened to one good expansion a year and all for games.Battlefield 2142 - future Quake Wars player - Dystopia

Re: Booster Pack info :
Official site now has The info
* Fast–paced, infantry-focused gameplay boosts the intensity of the all-out war experience.
* Three new maps set in Europe, where snow-covered post-apocalyptic cities and a ridge in the Alps become the new battlegrounds.
* Two brand-new vehicles designed to support infantry combat available in an asymmetrical set-up, with the hovering light IFV Hachimoto available to the PAC and the massive heavy IFV Goliath available to the EU.
* Increased persistence. Ten new rewards, one new pin and ten new unlock items at the top of the unlocks trees, available also on core game maps, take persistence to new levels. Unlock credits earned in the booster pack can also be used in the core game.
* Epic Titan mode available on two maps, and for the first time in a urban setting, for more intense Titan gameplay.
* Tweaked Conquest-assault gameplay (Assault Lines game mode) on all three maps creates more choke points and more heated battles.
* Horizontal podding gives infantry additional ways of moving across the maps quickly|TG-12th| fallen

Re: Booster Pack info :
3 new maps.... whoopie.. well at least its better than nothing. "More choke points" don't like the sound of that, and I think its gonna be alot more of Obrital striking and grenade throwing then "more heated battles".

Re: Booster Pack info :
well i know just as little about the maps etc. as anyone else, but remember that MORE choke points in a way is LESS crowding. I don't know if that's what the developers meant, but if you have a map with 1 choke point, that's going to be extremely hard to get through. But if you have 5, then you're probably going to be able to sneak through.
