Before you ask to randomize teams....
make sure to take a gander at this thread stolen from the PoE section of the BF2 forum. A lot of times, the teams aren't so much unbalanced (as Jepzilla often points out when people ask him to push the button) as badly distributed internally. And even if they are, we can do things to fix that without having to bug an admin.
That's the paraphrase, though I don't have much more to add since most everything's already been nailed in that thread. Santa may be one strange child, but everyone in a while he says something smart.

i have noticed that the other players not part of tg have not been displaying the same amount of teamwork before the christmas break and in my opinion teamwork is very low and we should be creating more Learn TG squads again to re-educate the masses.
