Found this info over at Total BF2142

I've never tried Sandbox for BF2, but from what I understand, this mod allows you to spawn any object in the game to build whatever your heart desires.

A few notes from the creator can be found here. A few things to note:

• all the features work just like BF2:Sandbox, except for loading/saving.
• To spawn objects the player must type the objects into chat rather than use of the coma rose.
