I would sign this, but I want to just get one thing clear: when you teamkill someone, you automatically lose 3 points, so what is the significance of punishing them after it? It wouldn't make any difference to your points?

Again, what is the point in punishing? The admins punish for TK's in their own way
There is no point in punishing for tk's any way, on the TG server you can bet that it was accidental. You have some reading to do.
