    Re: 2142 Gentleman's Agreement

By "signing" this agreement, I hereby commit myself to the actions described below.

Out of respect for my fellow TG-player, I

    1. Will not bunny-hop.
    2. Will not bunny-prone hop.
    3. Will not camp spawn points.
    4. Will enter UCBs only to destroy CO assets.
    5. Will respect specialty squad assets (i.e. - not occupying the gunship when a "Gunship" Squad exists).
    6. Will not intentionally engage in suicide tactics, ramming or otherwise.
    7. Will not punish accidental TKs.
    8. Will not Instant Vertical Capture/Neutralize (IVC/N) apparently undefended flags with the Air Transport
    9. Will not occupy a vehicle that has already been claimed by a teammate.
    10. Will not abandon the team's armor assets if the possibility for the other team to immediately steal it exists.
    11. Will not haphazardly make reports of players on TeamSpeak.
    Signed

shouldnt some1 make a banner or sif of somekind to show that u signed it? that ur ''honorable''?
All matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration – that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. There is no such thing as death; life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves

No, Aeon, this is your word that you are giving us. Since you are giving us your word, it is good enough. I think wearing any type of mark that signifies your word is only good for showing off.

I do not mean to be harsh, but I mean it in sincerity.

Yeah I'm pretty sure I signed this, but to be safe and totally sure.

I sign this agreement and pledge to uphold all of its points!

Although I have to say that when I round a corner and start taking fire it's almost a twitch reflex to jump once and look for the shooter while in the air. I'll do my utmost to break the habit

If you really have an issue with it, try rebinding your jump key else where. It can be a hard habit to break, and they don't sell patches that ease you off bunny hopping at CVS.

It would be a fun habit to have at a 2142 and drinking LAN party: "Ok everybody, every time Caronbot bunny-hops take a shot"

Try jamming down your shift key instead. Once in a while I accidentally graze over the jump key and it looks like I'm bunny hopping (just one jump, but still bunny hopping), and I just stop dead in my tracks and stand there waiting to be killed because I find that if I break a rule, I must be punished. Just be extra careful and remember to apologize if you do bunny hop.
