meh, it looks interesting and nice counter to the PAC's new speed-craft. however the video sucked. the ambush set by the PAC was way too obvious, and the troops never scattered at the first sign of the EMP strike (it was very obvious). Also, WHY would ANYONE EVER have infantry leading the heavy vehicle. it's just saying, "please shoot me."

Now the vehicle does look sweet, but the video action was just dumb. not just from a game-play perspective, but from just a plain tactical perspective. The first trailer looked pretty sweet since that was a nice fast vehicle shooting by infantry and not giving the infantry any time to accurately hit them.

Not to mentioned the poor fools who were trying to ram the Goliath. I would have given them more credit if they had tried it with RDX. Now that is tactical.

it has to be slow. It has regenitive armor, acts like a supply crate as it heals and resupplys troops around it, and if i remember corectly, 2 nade launchers and 4 regular guns, and a anti vehicle somethin-or-other for the driver. If it went as fast as an APC....well, you get the idea.

Well in response to several comments...

@Sir Brass, the PAC were nowhere near concealed, and had to watch the target. Why not set up a PDS and get to some decent cover? Just not sit on a hill and hope for the best. 2ndly the EU troops walking infront of the vehicle also bothered me, typically you see the ground moving when the EMP strike is nearing and you hear the whirring of electricty. And infantry leading the way for a heavy vechicle? From the tactical prospective, this is just proposterous! Get the soldiers on the side where they can stop the overtly obvious PAC ambushes! In conclusion I was wondering at the end of the video, were they trying to show us how cool the vehicle is? Or how dumb the players were? lol

@Urit, silly you, you don't place it on the butt, go UNDER the vehicle, then place the demo, then make some noise. Nobody sees you until the noise is made, nice cover, and most drivers drive straight back or straight forward at the sign of a guy trying to demo the vehicle, this saves time of having to get up and run to cover not the get the suicide! :-)

@Inferno, you need RDX, with Motion Mines inside (if you can do that) and EMP mines on the sides and what not, now that is a ramming machine I tell you!
