Apparently, by 2142 the "Global Warming" problem has been fixed. I guess all the methane gas that cows produce by farting was eliminated with a mass genocide, thereby saving the ozone layer.

Yeah, I never understood that. It's way freezing outside and the guns overheat as if we were firing them in spring time temperatures.

Well the temperature has nothing to do with it...everytime a bullet is fired there is friction and continuous nonstop firing will eventually overheat the weapons and the barrel will melt...kinda the same as you rubbing your hands together to warm them up when they are cold...the friction causes them to get hot just think of how fast you have to rub your hands together to get them warm when they are really cold...now think of 700+ rounds firing non stop really fast...can you say white hot?

but they overheat after very few rounds. is it even 30?
