hehe, I'm the exact opposite. I pay attention to every sound bite in the game because it tells me when ammo or health is dropped, when to look for contacts on the minimap and when important information like "enemy Goliath has been destroyed" comes up.

Not only that, but the voices tell you when you are under bleed, when you neutralise bleed, when you lose a flag. All of this is information you can't afford to 'skip over' if you want to tap into the big picture.

Re: Assault Lines Mode: Time for a discussion

I guess I do pay more attention than I thought I did as I do hear and register the control points lost/captured/neutralized, as well as the Goliath/Titan messages, medic, need ammo, orders sir, etc. I guess I tune out less than I thought I did.

You mention messages that relate to bleed, I never realized there where audible alerts about this but thinking back I guess it does make sense. Now that you have me thinking about this, I would assume the audibles "We're loosing this war" and "Good job men" (not exact quotes, of course) would be the for the bleed? What other voices related to bleed?

i don't pay attention to those sounds and i wish there was a way to shut them off so i can focus on more important sounds like footsteps ect.

Ive got selective hearing. I dont hear the enemy spotted or medic /ammo (i can see who needs a medic and ammo from the little status lines on the HUD), but the big, important ones like flags, or galiath and orders, i do notice.
