Is there a squad considered regulars?
As in for those members who are good, but not great-for the greats are those who play in veterain squads; I am curious if there are squads of regulars or divisions of regulars. I think that if we made these kind of divisions, we might have found a convenient way of bulking up our armies.
When I say regulars, I mean just the good players who are 'regulars' on playing on our tg server.

The best place to squad up if you have no intention of becoming a supporting member is the Irregulars. This is for those who play at odd times or play regularly but without a Supporting Membership (Supporting Membership required for an In House Squad).
Once you do become a Supporting Member though and want to form up an In House Squad with any sort of specific you want, have at it.

Forgive for sounding stupid, but is there any need for 'plastic' or should that be put away? Also how would you join, and a supporting member...what.... can you be kind enough to tell me what is going on and how things work? I need some help, and I know that this place is as a small city so can you exsplain?

Re: Is there a squad considered regulars?
There is no reason to feel stupid. There is alot of info on this site. If you look under the official rules and announcements then under standard operation procedures it talks about the supporting membership and how to sign up for it if you want.
I'd give you a link but I don't have enough posts.

Re: Is there a squad considered regulars?
well, I just want to know... about what it all entails, since if I understand, I can join or try to join without being a supporting member.

Re: Is there a squad considered regulars?
Your best bet is to start here. That's the REQUIRED reading announcment that appears in every sub-forum on the site. It will answer all your questions about becoming an SM, AND link you to all the other REQUIRED reading.

Re: Is there a squad considered regulars?
After you finish reading through Roots link check out the Irregulars. We have a very active 2142 following. Links can be found in my sig.

Re: Is there a squad considered regulars?
Regulars wear the |TG| tag! See this post!
Now then, some regulars decide to band together to form in-house squads, but there's nothing special about having a number after the TG in your tag... It doesn't mean you're more elite... It doesn't mean you're more veteran... It doesn't mean you should get any more respect than a first time visitor. Wearing |TG| is something all regulars should consider doing. In fact, if you love the teamwork and rules on the server and find yourself only playing here - you SHOULD be wearing the tag!Last edited by WhiskeySix; 03-30-2007 at 10:40 AM. Reason: grammer
