Perhaps I should clarify about the CO thing. I understand that virtually no one will want to be the in game CO every game. What I'm more looking for is someone who can take charge of the organization and delegation of duties. If that person is only CO one of the three games or not at all, that's fine as long as he's made sure that the game plan is well planned and that there is a competent in game commander. The 7th seemed to have the jobs broken down pretty well last time between jonan, tybalt and tempus, and that's fine.

In reality, I just want to make sure that I have two people who I can count on to take the responsibility of planning and to talk to me about how to achieve the best team balance.
