LMG After Patch Problem
Ever since 1.25 came out my lmg's are more wild and very hard to control, does anyone know why>

Re: Lmg problem
It's intentional. Sorry man

EDIT: Here are the specific notes from the patch:
"LMG Adjustments: The Bianchi and Shuko have been normalized in their settling rates to correct a minor imbalance."

Re: Lmg problem
Good tbh, I think LMGs were a bit too good before the patch, now they are "normal"...

Re: LMG After Patch Problem
Darn, I haven't been able to play due to my graphics card kicking the bucket. I was really getting used to heating up that bad boy and using it like a sniper rifle.

Re: LMG After Patch Problem
This is good and I'm not just saying that because I despised LMG noobs. Well actually it partialy is. The LMGs were just too good. Easy to control, accurate, high RPM; they were just noob cannons. Now you can't just crouch and spray until the barrel breaks. This also should encourage use of the HMG. I've shot the new LMG for myself, and like machowner said, it's not like a sniper rifle anymore. Overall I love it.

Re: LMG After Patch Problem
Not a fan of this patch. I was a heavy lmg user (180+ support hours).
Right after the patch came out, the lmgs did feel like they were a bit more wild. You get used to it after a while but they are not the same as before the patch. I don't really feel this as a big nerf, this patch just means you have to get use to them a bit more.
I'm still going to stick with the lmgs, and you guys should still watch out hehe.Last edited by Pablo; 04-26-2007 at 07:36 PM.

Re: LMG After Patch Problem
They're less effective at the longer ranges but overall I think they might be a little better, not that I'd like an entire squad of them now or anything.

Re: LMG After Patch Problem
There isn't too much of a difference with the LMG. I will still favor my HMG though.
