I'm wondering how some of the TG-players can kill faster than others?

Is it just skill or talent they have for good headshots? Is it practice, practice, practice? Or is it a special mouse with high dpi?

What's your secret? Please tell me, i need to get better. lol

Just good headshots. Sometimes it's just a bit of lag and you are dead before your computer knows it. I don't think anyone consistantly kills me exceedingly quickly, but everyone seems to get in those seemingly 2 bullet kills from the Voss on me every once in a while.

It takes lots of practice. I used to get killed constantly when I first started but now I am keeping up. I did see a huge improvement when I upgraded to a better mouse.

Good Mouse + Practice, Practice, Practice = Death to your Enemy

You could also go SL and use the accipator drone to rack up all sorts of kills

You might wan't to try wearing one of those electric dog training collars while you play. Everytime you get gibbed, hold down the shock button until you respawn. Worked for me.

I try and appease my enemies with a generous offering of a shiny new supply crate.

If that doesn't work I run away, fast.

If they still follow me, I run behind sc1ence.



Seriously though, it's all about practice and learning the characteristics of your weapon of choice. It also seems that everytime I switch my practice focus to a different weapon to learn how it works for a while, my skills with other weapons will increase also.

50% skill + 50% good hardware = "pwnage"

In my experience, if your hardware isn't up to spec, then your skill suffers as well.

Just practice as much as you can. A great way to practice is to visit a pub server, and when you see one side getting destroyed, switch over to the lossing team and give 110% in your hardest effort to improve the standings for your team. I remember once when I played on the 'Doorman is god' server, I would switch over to the lossing team and would be able to catch up to the other team by like 80 tickets, in just my efforts to improve myself.
