I use the swiss cross on my n52 to change weapons, works great.

Nope, not really. Between my n52 and my Logitech MX518 mouse, I can do almost everything without touching the regular keyboard. The ONLY thing I haven't set up off the keyboard yet is switching seats in vehicles, but since that is something that I personally don't end up doing too often anyway, I haven't worried about it.

I use the N52 as well with a G5 gaming mouse.

I use the thumbpad for movement and have weapons, prone/crouch/sprint commands, and other things locked to the key. It makes weapon switching very quick. And will be even better once I get more used to it.

his one doesn't show it, but a click of the wheel toggles to the green profile which is exactly the same as the normal state except mouse wheel up is F1 and mouse wheel down is F2.

Updated screen shots to current profile.

Yes, T+click. I had a macro similar to the spot one but I found it to be more annoying than useful.

I updated the screen shots of my profile in the post above.

Red Shift is a momentary toggle, i.e. it's only active while I have the red shift key depressed. Releasing the red shift key returns me to the prior state.

Green Shift is a full toggle, i.e. I click it and the controller stays in that shift state when I release the key. Click again to return to normal. This one is for vehicles but I don't use it very often.

Ooohh, macroing a Q-spot... That almost makes me wanna break out my aged N50. I can't stand having to tap Z and remember to click fire. Half the time the infantry I'm trying to spot silently gets a warning shot zinged across his nose.

hehe... I think I originally created that just to see how well the macros worked but I got used to using it so I left it in.

    Re: Nostromo Loadout

the n50 probably won't have enough buttons, grey. as it is i have to sacrifice a little (i have to switch to the keyboard to select the SL stuff at 8, for example).

but the spot thing is super useful I think. i probably spot a lot more than I would otherwise because it's so quick that it doesn't detract from shooting.

The main reason I got the Nostromo was so that I could set up a shift state that reverses the rockets and defib, so I can have the same controls regardless of which assault rifle I'm playing.

lol, i set mine up to do that too, but I never remembered to toggle the profile when sides changed.

    Re: Nostromo Loadout

I got one of these a while back. I just set the controls in game to match how i wanted them for the controller... I thought it would be too confusing to use the editor... Anyways i like it alot... All the controls right in my hands

May God have mercy on my enemy, because I won't.
