Not had a chance to read all through this, but thought it might be a good oppurtunity to post without any bias from the previous posts. I actually enjoyed the 32 man server. I haven't been able to play as much as I wanted during the trial of it all, but I got a lot out of what time I did get.
I won't say all the time was great. Some were frustrating when you get on the "other" team sometimes. The 32 man set-up really puts the emphasis on using some tactics instead of just throwing man after man at a flag. But once you were in a reasonably cohesive squad, you really can do some damage and hold your own real well. Even though I may have lost on a map, I still had fun working with the squads I was part of. When I play, I tend to focus on the goals of the squad I am in. If we complete each of our objectives, whether defending or attacking and had fun doing it, I could care less if we actually won or lost on the map. Of course it is always nice to win, but was secondary to having a sense of satisfaction that may come from taking a flag and holding it the whole game from attack. Or moving from flag to flag, taking each in turn. I can't control what the other squads are doing, so I try not to worry about them. The 32 man server seemed to give me a bit of time to think a bit more about tactics. Holding your assaults, waiting for the defenders squad to take the bait set by another attack. Setting up a defense and seeing how well you really set it up. It seems to challenge your tactical abilities more than how quick you are with the trigger finger. Well, this is just my 2 cents. I liked it, may not be for everyone and not really sure how well the set up is for recruiting more players to our servers. If it isn't a permanent set up, I would like to see it set up into some scheduled rotation.

You've mentioned this several times. At first I thought you may have been joking or being sarcastic but since you brought it up again I'm going to bite. A 20-32 person pro mod server benefits the community as a whole how? I can't imagine a lot of pubbies running pro mod and ourt titan lacks the TG style for the most part. What would attract new people in? I know some of the IHS's would love to have a pro mod server but TG isn't just about it's IHS's who would rather play pro mod.
