Sorry for the major de-rail of this thread! Remember everyone Pfrosty Pfridays give us all the chance to play some Northern Strike. Anyone who has not joined on a Pfrosty Pfriday is missing out on some awesome rounds. The rounds are always 15-20 min and are almost always very close, like 5 tickets close. Come join this Pfriday and watch the 8th gang up on Vortex and watch what a "group blessing" looks like in person!

Hey now! I handled the 3rd quite nicely last night in Conquest... *jangles Eroak's tags around his fingers* Then again, the 8th may be a tough nut to crack. Unfortunately, as well, I'm not sure if I will be around this Friday as I am going to a friend's house for paintball. However, if all works according to plan, I will try to make it on for awhile.

This might be a stupid question, but do you have to have EA Link to download Northern Strike, or is there a CD or DVD version, too?

You will need to download it using the EA software (used to be known as EA Link).

Well, we'll need to rope us an Admin. Lorax is on vacation and Pfeil is out also. So we need another Admin to switch the server over to:

40 players max, and the NS 32 player Assault Lines maps.

I'll look around for one now...

ReaperAssault contacted me about 15 minutes ago that the server had not been changed to the Nortern Strike profile. It's all taken care of now. Happy Frosty Friday!
