SOPs are great tools for new players and veterns alike. It allows us to streamline gameplay and make ourselves more efficient players. It allows us to set expectations that dont have to be said at the start of every game or every time a new player joins. Taking teamplay another step into the
TG way.
SOPs are importent to all players and most importent to the first seasoned
TG players to our highest ventern players. Making their jobs of expectations easier. SOPs are not rules, They are not absolutes. But what they are is guides. Guides to make us better players and make newer players meld into
TG easier. Make Vertern players and new players merge more efficiently and lastly steamline
TG's basic tactics.
Since SOPs are not rules, they are not fully enforced. Certian speciality squads cannot us tactics outlined here. Some advanced tactics will have to consisently deviate from the SOPs. Not fully also means there is an element that will be enforced. Consisent devation as a single player will be cause for corrective actions. Teamwork is a paramount rule at
TG and SOPs are here for everyone's teamwork. When devaiting fro SOPs, make sure you know why you are and make sure your still playing a benifit to the team. Usally this'll fall upon your SL and his orders, sometimes yourself. If there is ever an issue of SOP devaition, we'll make every atempt to get your side of the story if it even becomes an issue.
Dont be afraid to deviate from SOPs if its helping your team or if your trying to create new tactics. Make an effort at new tactics will never be frowned upon even if they fail. Its trial and error that makes us better players. If you find some thing that works thats outside the SOP protocols, let us know.
