The problem with the pilum idea is that you're going to get the accuracy of an HMG on the run which is, to be frank, really really bad.

While its an excellent weapon accurate enough at rest that you can snipe someone at 100 yards, it has a very wide deviation with movement that defeats its purpose in a titan hallway where you have to run in and stop in order to hit your target with any decent degree of success.

The SAAW and the defaults are definate no go's. The SAAW will always pull down and then sharply up unless you're shooting it up or you have tone so its only effective anti-infantry at very short range (think shotgun short and aiming at their feet to hit center mass). The default will follow where you point your launcher which means unless you want to stand in the hallways with a 'shoot me' sign on your head doing the guiding it will quickly turn to the side and hit the wall when you duck back under cover.

They don't if you zoom our or don't zoom at all, when it comes to it if you on a titan don't unless you really have to. If in open then flank and knife ;p

Good luck sneaking up the 3 meter wide 25 meter long corridor with active camo; sentry guns and frags dont care about your invisibility - you will most likely get cut down.
I think the most effective way to get through nade spammers is lots of smoke, lots of revives and then rush.. once the assault men are running down the corridor, support dude needs to round the corner and lay down a sentry and IPS shield and start firing.. assault guys will probably die, but it should provide a time gap enough for the support and reserves (immediately firing rockets down the corridor) to establish a foothold in the corridor.

What has always worked for me is to have medics at the loading bay ready to revive you when you use the medic rockets to clear them out.
I've found out that the medic rockets are best mate when clearing out enemy titan from hostiles, not to menton recon with RDX and support with his ammo box

One foolproof way is to switch teams and knife the 'nade spammers in the back, then switch back to your origional team.

seriously though while assualting the titan is fun, it will quickly turn into a meatgrinder when the defending team gets the time to set up. Your best bet is concentrate on the silos, buy barring that hold off let them get bored with throwing grenades endlessly down the hallway, they have to come out sometime.
