Does the SL Spawn Beacon have a set height at which the pods are launched?
That is, the pods are always launched (say) 500 meters in the air from where the pod is.
My question being that, a lot of times on Titan maps, an on-Titan beacon will get destroyed at regular intervals. So, if a SL were to place the beacon under the Titan deck on the ground below, would the squad be able to pod onto the beacon? Or would the pod spawn below the Titan and continue to the ground?
(I'm still half awake, sorry if this is convoluted.)

I don't think this would work because beacons need to have a clear view of the sky in order to be spawnable.

Correct, the Titan would obstruct the view of the beacon.

nope, the spawn beacon must have line-of-site to the sky, nothing can get in its way otherwise it does not work, that includes people standing on the beacon or placing a hub down on top of it

That used to be the case prior to the 1.25 patch, if I recall correctly.
