One of the key strategic points to Belgrade is to shut down the flags closest to the UCBs. Having an engineer or two at each flag will keep armor coming out in check, and others can focus on infantry defense or jump into the rails for additional firepower. Mines are a must, as is a support to keep everyone full on ammo. It is much easier for PAC to control the EU UCB than it is for EU to hold off the PAC. However...
The PAC base's assets are very exposed and very destroyable. Since EU's assets are so far up the ramp of it's UCB, it takes a while to get to them all. PAC assets are well within running distance of the Pond flag, so any Recon should take the opportunity and rack up some extra points by taking out assets.
