Not in this thread, no. Try here for the offensive version and here for defensive strategies. This thread, as the title quite clearly states, is for Cerbere.

Re: Offensive Strategy Discussion: Cerbere Landing

I'm not that experienced on cebere, but everyone knows that the EU will get office ruins first. I reckon that the walker should support the assault here while others move up toward the church, typical defensive positions will be north-east from center of church and south-west from same point. These areas should be naded and rocketed heavily, most spawns occur there so dispatch different teams to capture the flag and the rest keep up heavy fire. Once the office ruins is taken a direct assault north toward south town is appropriate unless the teams at church are having trouble, the south town area is a lot more confined so the walker should support friendlies at the church until they have captured it. Also, to have the advantage of boxing the enemy in, a squad should go to the path directly west of the south town flag and keep moving on the far left side, if they are succesful, they should cap com center, meaning that roadblock will only be left. To prevent EU getting the high ground elevation advantage on church the squads that attacked church should move up on the right area and continue to push, rocketing and nading is key to neutralising enemies behind cover like those trucks near those bushes and advancing. The south town assaulters should move left and keep the pressure up, while one or two squads advance on com center. If com is captured then 2 squads should spawn there and attack the roadblock. The enemy will now be directing there fire against units in 3 directions and the battle should soon be over.

Re: Offensive Strategy Discussion: Cerbere Landing

For me, more bodies around and between Church and South Town trumps getting Offices.

As EU, I ignore Offices and focus instead on defending South Town Center and Church. In my opinion, PAC having Offices offers them very little advantage other than a closer spawn point to where the real action and fighting is. I will pay attention to that flag later on in the round after PAC has a few flags.
