Strategy Discussion: Shuhia Taiba
It's late 2142. The PAC is running out of habitable, arable land to sustain its population. So, in a desperate move, they decide to start capturing food, water, and energy supplies instead of military outposts. Shuhia Taiba, an EU agricultural center in northern Egypt, seems a promising venture.
Here we have a map which bears many similarities to Suez Canal. It's a large map with many control points, and relies on armor both for troop transportation and for defense of control points. Keeping that in mind, what are your favorite tactics and strategies? How do you deal with the vehicles the other team will inevitably bring your way--do you stay on foot and lay more mines and RDX than Carter has liver pills, or do you bring up armor of your own? What are your favorite control points to hold?
Discuss.
Apologies for the rather lackluster description here--work is sucking my soul out as we speak. This is my brain break for the day.

Sure, I'll bite.
Both sides I like to scream past the team in an FAV (maybe a Dropship if its available) and head directly for the mountain flags. I will then use the walker a levelage to push and take Central Base and then hole up there.BF 2142:|TG| Birdman10113

I like to take the flag closest to the enemy uncap or the one closest to the mountains on the enemies side and hold it. I generally wouldn't get off it all round unless the CO gave me direct orders to.
