Judge my squadleading

I'm giving squad leading a try and need some feedback on my squadleading. Can anyone who has been in one of my squads comment on my performance? thanks in advance and don't be afraid to be harsh =]

I haven't been in your squad RB, but if you want to talk a little about your goals and methods as a SL we'd be glad to hash out what we think works and doesn't.

Hey, if you are going to be on the NS server tonight I'll try and SM for you. Also, if you are going to go on the FS Raid then I'll see you there. Like Fubar said, come on TS and make it known that you want critique on your SLing.
