Re: The ROSCH is your enemy
Yes! I get so annoyed at the people who placed the Rorsches where they did. No sane engineer would ever put a Rorsch at either the Crossroads or Roadblock location and, yet, for balance reasons (I suppose) the person in charge of fortifying the EU positions are typically idiots.

Re: The ROSCH is your enemy
The only good Rorsch placements I can think of are the Junkyard in Tunis, Church in Cerbere, and a few in Leipzig.

Re: The ROSCH is your enemy
I find there are WAY too many trees in the way of the Church Rorsch. I can never hit anything.

Re: The ROSCH is your enemy
It's not so good for infantry sniping, but it's great against the walker. It's much easier when someone keeps the walker spotted and you have a diamond on it.

Re: The ROSCH is your enemy
My number 1 problem with the Rorsch (And most vehicles I guess) is the magical teleporting to get out of it.. I go in for the kill and just before I've finished pounding my round into the guy, he jumps out, meaning he is out of sight a few meters away, and I can't finish him off, then he guns me down whilst I'm wondering where he is. Its a great bullet dodging technique; jump in, jump out, jump in, jump out.. Bit like bunny-hopping!

Re: The ROSCH is your enemy
Rosch is so much fun. Getting running infantry with it is so funny. But really the best thing is when people don't know the guy just got rosched and they go and try to revive him and you get a second ticket down. As for anti-vehicule I think it's the best one around with a better rate of fire and precision then the pilum it god when you know where to aim.
The get in/get out technique is pretty good... but yhea it like bunny-hopping in a way. I try not to do it too often since I belive it's game physique explotation.

Same here, I hate that Church Rorsch. The ones on the centre flag/silo on Sidi are very well placed.

The Church Rorsch is much easier to use with a diamond on the Walker. Keep that thing spotted!

Re: The ROSCH is your enemy
This is true as i like to use the "roach" ,as some of you have come to call it, located near junkyard to shoot across the harbor when i spawn in on EU side on the Tunis Harbor map. I've hit a few of you TG guys before. Usually roush kills to a squad leader prevent him from being revived.

Re: The ROSCH is your enemy
Hope this isn't too necromantic for y'all but I thought I'd add if you're playing Camp Gibraltar, the rorsch on toll can hit anyone on the catwalks approaching from harbor. Pretty damn useful.

Re: The ROSCH is your enemy
A little trick for the Rorsch itself:
When shooting an enemy vehicle I aim next to them. Press the fire button and Swing the Rorsch around the last second. This way the vehicle will only hear a very short lock on tone.
A lock on tone is produced when you see someones name while being in a Rorsch

Re: The ROSCH is your enemy
I didn't know the Rorsche gave a lock tone.
Thanks for the heads up!

Yes, it's the source of those "Wth? Who is targeting me again?" *wtfpwned* moments.

Re: The ROSCH is your enemy
Yes, doing that is easier if you have a good mouse that can adjust sensitivity on the fly like the g5 or razer. I love rorsch sniping vehicles, so fun and especially cause it's not even using your own ammo, it just keeps on firing.

Why would the Rorsh have a lock tone? It is a point and shoot weapon.
