clown cars are awesome but hard to coordinate cause theres no channel for squad leaders to talk to each other, and you still got to make sure EVERYONE is cooperating. But I have seen it done a few times, I still rember the first time. Round started and i was solo capping our back flag when an FAV parked by me and I was surrounded by 15 guys. Didn't even bother to pull the trigger.
I wish there was a seperate channel for SL communication

So why am I bumping? Well to be honest I'm not angry at anyone, more of I just wanted to add that bombing can kill your squad. Myself and others today did as needed on Suez, and we diligently held our spawn. It truth I'm glad that we did hold it gave me a few minutes to talk to my brother about his computer issues. Anyways. Three or four buggy fails later myself and a few others in the squad got kicked by PB for being idle for too long...
So what is the point to me bumping?
Well if at first you don't succeed TRY SOMETHING ELSE!!!!

Yeah... most of the good squad leaders I've teamed up with usually try to do the squad bomb on the first try. If he gets killed or something, he usually asks us to spawn on him and run towards the nearest flag, so there's always minimal wait. =D

IMO, the squad bombing carries a big risk but a big reward as well. There were many times, when I was in a TG squad where the leader asked us to hold spawn and after he got into a good position, he spawned and just destroyed the other squad that tried to do the same.
As others said, its a one shot deal. If it doesn't work initially, it won't be helpful at all.

I use this technique a lot when I SL. I'll try to sneak to a flag and as soon as I'm spotted by the enemy, I'll tell everyone to spawn in so that my squad isn't sitting around idle when I'm dying. But by then, it's usually too late and we die rather fast. But this distraction is enough to stall the enemy, which benefits my team.

The minus of 6 tickets however doesn't help your team. If you're sole reason is to "stall the enemy" then you're not doing it right, if it's co-ordinating with another squad however to get a valuable back flag or something however, then this may be an acceptable loss of tickets - May be.

Our main assault usually faces less resistance because I attempt to take a middle or a back flag. That's what I do. If I get spotted, then my squad members spawn-in so we can put up a reasonable fight.

What he's saying is that his squad of 6 goes to harass a flag, you're looking at at LEAST one full squad pulling around to grab it. And in fact, it'd be prudent for a commander to dedicate two squads to go get the flag, to ensure rapid success.
So one squad pulls two squads off the front lines. That squad can respawn in 15 seconds, while the enemy squads have to slowly crawl back.

The way I see it if you try too many single handed "hold spawn" moves without success you are hurting your team by robbing the team of firepower. But hold spawn cloaked runs can get a squad of 6 past enemies easier than 6 guys trying to be stealthy.
There have been times where I have seen it get very hard indeed to break through and even a whole squad cloaked can't get by, not even 1 player makes it!
There are many options but you should never keep trying solo. Give your squad a chance, try 1 yourself then with the squad then 1 yourself again. Sometimes no matter what you try it won't work. Other times everything you try turns to gold!
