Re: The Great Scar Debate

The scar might not be 'the best weapon', but I play this game for fun sometimes, and I find it a fun gun. The Scar makes me more cautious and cover like I'm scared of what I'm seeing and I even like it's pathetic little noise..

Re: The Great Scar Debate

I agree, it makes a manly firing sound, unlike the powerpuffing of the Krylov.

Re: The Great Scar Debate

Having tried playing again with the Scar and came to realize that its scope bothers me most...too small and gives you little space to look at your target and anyone near him/her incase they are going for the revive...puff or no puff, krylov still beats scar

Re: The Great Scar Debate

If the SCAR kept its size but used the scope of the BOFORS, it would be tad better eh?

Re: The Great Scar Debate

I don't mind the scope that much. Really, you don't need to scope in at close range because of the Scar's tiny amount of deviation sideways, and at medium/longer ranges the scope is enough to see what you really need to see.

I will grant that the scar's sound is scarier than the capgun krylov

Krylov=tiktiktiktiktiktiktiktiktiktiktiktik
Scar= NAWNAWNAWNAWNAWNAWNAWNAWNAWNAWNAWNAW
The Krylov actually kind'a looks like a watergun too, anybody else noticed that? It's like...a transparent gun but really dirty inside, so its hard to see through.

Re: The Great Scar Debate

Has anyone noticed that the mechanical designs of the default assault rifles are boring in comparison to that of the unlockable ones?
I mean, when you switch to rockets with the defaults, you press a button. Woohoo. Then when you switch to rockets with the Baur, A FREAKIN SCOPE POPS OUT OF NOWHERE!!!!111one!!

Re: The Great Scar Debate

Isn't that just the rocket's crosshairs in the normal scope? I know with the Voss that the rocket's scope is on the top of the gun as opposed to the normal side one, so check carefully...

Huh? I switch to rockets all the time on the Baur. It presses a button, that's it.
