To be blunt, even on TG 99% of the time we're sitting at a flag defending it. There are very few maps where it is sensible to have people defending some non-flag terrain.

It annoyed me a lot at first, but really it's not something that is going to have a huge impact.

Not having the SL order cammorose is all the more reason to have an SL with viop to issue the specific orders. I hadn't noticed the adjusted cammorose until last night. Its another small thing I need to get used to as well.

Actually - can't you use the commo-rose to point and issue orders in BF2 also? I seem to remember using it from time to time when I was playing that and POE2.

I'm not sure if it was in BF2. I just noticed it in 2142 because of the missing attack/defend options on the commo rose and the highlighting of flags when your cursor is on it.
