I lose more walkers to teammates taking them while I'm repairing, or in this case, defusing, than to anything else.

Last time I played on Camp Gibraltar, I had the EU walker. I babied it through the whole round, keeping it in good shape, inflicting havoc and death on the enemy. An engineer got close enough to drop some mines before I killed him- I hop out and defuse them, and a blue sniper hops into the walker and runs off with it. He got destroyed within half a minute... no more walker for the EU for another five minutes.

The AA missiles are underpowered, sadly. Half the time you can't lock onto the transports due to the bug, and when you can two shots isn't enough to kill one. It takes so long to reload the weapon that there's really no point to using it.

Ya, this walker-jacking by friendlys is the single most annoying thing to happen in conquest maps.. also bad is when I know I can use an APC on Berlin (for instance) for almost the whole round and use it as a major assett for the team so I sprint for it but some other dude runs into and drives straight ahead, no stopping right into a cluster of mines or something and we all die - there should be some logic in the game for vehicles whereby if you out-rank the driver you can switch to the drivers seat at will and it pushes him to another view - this functionality is already in place in single player mode when you are playing with bots.

I hope they never implement that. There will always be someone higher ranked than you and if they decide to that means they can monopolise a vehicle no matter who gets it. I'm sure u wouldn't want to be on the recieving end of that.
