    Not really a bug. Your moving their body with the medic hub really, and pushing it into a flatter surface/their body isn't clipping through something.

    Definitely not a bug. Just as Anospa said, you are just moving the body on to a better surface. It's more like you are fixing a bug were the body clips something and is unrevivable.

    I know also that the pilum instantly kills you without a chance for a revive.

    Nope, not a bug, it's a method of fixing a bug.
    Just look at it like you're placing the body on a table to be able to revive him

    And being shot while on a ladder is an unreviable kill too.
