Continued Issues with Gameplay

Today is another example of the TG BF2142 Conquest server giving me issues. I am hooked directly to the router and on cable modem. I do not have any problems playing other servers. Today I played for about an hour on other server sites before joining the TG Conquest server. I didn't make it through 1 round before I was dumped with the "problem with internet connection". I was dropped back to the main menu server screen where I could access any other server but the TG conquest. Often the TG server shows red and a 2500 ping rate after I am dropped. Anyone know what gives? I'm concerned since I am a supporting member and would like to play on the best server around. For the last week I have had great frustrations logging in to the server and then staying on the server while this does not happen when I try to log in to other servers. Any insight would be appreciated on what I might be able to do to stay on the TG server longer than a couple of rounds.

Hey Grimm,
Depends on what time you where on today. The server crashed twice today while I was playing. It still shows green, but I can't connect. Waited for about 5 or ten minutes and then it was back up.

Happening quite often lately. I could not find a radial.cdb file. I went to the 2142 folder followed directions to tools and checking and unchecking and applied. Then went to 2142 folder and did not find the radial.cdb file. Have http cache, logo cache, mods, and profiles, no other folders within the 2142 folder. The particular file was not in any of the folders. I am looking in the wrong place?

Grim you prolly already have but have you run a tracert and or ping test to TG's server??? just to see how many hops and if you may be getting timed out on a few????

i had the same prob awhile back with another clan i was with,, it was a bad node and or routing problem with my track to our server ( the clans server i was with)

just a thought,,, i myself dont know much about that end of it but im sure someone here could walk you through it if you dont know about it

just my .0002 cents

You have to go into your folder options and make it show hidden files (one box) and ALSO check another box to show something like important system files (I forget if that's the exact name of it). Then it should appear for you. The system files part is what took me so long to figure out.
