Map Crash to Desktop

When i connect to TG i am just fine. I load and i play for the 2 matches on the same map. As soon as the server switches maps the game crashes back to the desktop. I was told by a TG member that he remembered it being a pretty common problem and that someone on the forums might know.

How do i fix this? thx

I had this issue with Titan maps and this is what I did to correct it. You didn't mention if you were running XP or Vista but should work for either. Hope this helps:

Sorry i am running on vista. Thanks for the help but i am not sure i understand it all.....

After reading all of that it went WAY over my head. I am not a huge computer tech guy.... Could you possibly explain that to me in really LOW tech words
