Cannot enter a Server or CTD

Always when I want to join a Server i crashed on me. I tried deleting the radical file and I tried a complete reinstall. I am running XP and didnt have any system changes recently.

Anyone has any... clue...?

Does it crash without a message? Because if that's the case, I might know a solution, because I've had the same problem too: What I did is manually update my Windows. I believe this is done from the official Microsoft website. After I updated my Windows, I didn't get any crashes anymore. I hope this solves the problem for you as well.

Do you have the latest patch?
There's so many bugs in the game, it's hard to figure out what causes a specific one.

yeah I reapplied 1.4. Oddly the game seems to work PERFECTLY fine on single player mode.

You have EA link or the CD version?

I remember an issue like this awhile ago, I'm trying to remember what I did to fix it. I'll let you know if I remember what it was.

I have the CD version.

EDIT: Concrete is the Winner - Updated my Windows manually and the Crash was gone as suddenly as it came....
