Your connection to EA Master server has been lost!

Hmm.. Can't even get to the part where I see a list of servers. I can log in okay, and then the part where I need to pick my soldier, it gets stuck there for awhile, "contacting" the EA master server, and then, I guess it times out.

Is this happening for anyone else?

I lost about 75% of the server population today because of this, I believe it is a global problem.

Once I select my soldier and the main menu comes up I get this.

If it is on EA's side we just have to wait it out.

I just noticed I couldn't get into BF2 either. I guess it's back to CS:S!

Just delete your profile folder in the BF2142 folder. It worked for me.

I had it today too! I simply blamed EA and head on to some nice Frontline-rounds.

As this works fine (and 2142 earlyer this day too) it must be a problem with EA.

I hope its better tomorrow.
