You have addressed alot of issues here, unfortunately none of them directly relate to my problem, in posting this I am hoping to find some resolve. In BF2142 I have the regulated 4 soldiers, but on one of those soldiers it will not rank up, example, it shows my score at the current moment as 66200 / 0, for some reason it does not show the score needed to rank up , for instance to make it to Brigadier General where I currently am, it would say I needed 57700 / 57700....any helpful response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

You can only rank up to Brigadier General. If you have this the score will show current points/0. For the other three ranks you must have the most points gained in a month i believe. Only 50 people can be Major General, 25 Luitenant General and 1 Supreme Commander. Hope this helps.

Indeed. It's still a bit of a mystery as to how these ranks are even picked, apparently there's some randomness to it too. It may not even be in use still, since 2142 is relatively inactive nowadays.
