Friend needs help

A friend of mine is having trouble with his copy of BF2142, is it possible to change the account information that the northern strike is put into.

I think he would have to email EA on that. What exactly is his problem....

He downloaded the northern strike pack and he says that the activation key that they sent in his e-mail doesn't work and neither does his battlefield 2142 serial key. When he activates the thing thru the EADM, the thing calls for a registration key and it won't accept.

I think he should contact EA customer support.

Dont expect too much help, man. EA isn't exactly the best for that kind of stuff...the bugs in 2142 are example of that.
