Black Screen on Server entry

Every time i enter a server, i see a black screen. when i move my mouse, i can still here the rollover noise, but i cant see anything. I have tried changing my resulution of the screen, but still doesnt help. Any suggestions?

first thing you should do for us is post your computer specs for a start, also have you been able to play the game or the demo before or is this the first time you have tried?

Vid card
