NS Delux Edition
Well, I might have a unique problem, I don't know. I had 2142 regular disc and thought I should get NS so instead of buying it online, I went to the store and got the delux edition. Ok, now that I have that, I have no clue how to install Northern Strike. So I go to the EA site and change my login to the email thing. So I follow the link on this page , http://www.battlefield.com/activate/bf2142/eng.html, to register Northern Strike. I type in my CD key, then I log in, and it says the registration code is already in use. I have no idea what to do at this point.

you have to write customer support and get your name and email associated with each other, this is a common problem. Also login to ea site and verify your character name is attatched to said email.
But in long run I had same issue and only way to resolve was to login to ea under your email addy and write customer support and give them the login id your using on bfBf2142-TOOmuchMcLovin

seems like you have 2 copies of 2142 now. I suggest you do the following:
uninstall 2142 completely. Grab your new deluxe disk with NS on it and install it. start up 2142 and login in to your soldiers account the way you always have.
This is assuming the disk installer installs 2142 and NS in one fell swoop using a single installer program.
This is assuming by deluxe edition you mean the retail version of 2142 with northern strike included.
