Rank Up Problem
OK so my score in BFHQ says I have about 1000 points over what the next level is and yet I haven;t been able to pick an unlock. And when I play, inbetween maps where it shows your progress towards the next rank all it shows is the points I got on that map out of the like 30000 points i need for next rank????
I am being awarded badges and ribbons etc and they show up in my awards section but I am not sure if i am getting full points for this and wheres my damn unlock. ???
Any ideas or anyone else experiencing this?

Sometimes the master server is a bit slow and falls behind. If you've only been playing on the TG server, try hopping onto a different server for a few mins and get some kills/points there, and should hopefully update your rank.

I've also had this problem. What Anospa suggested should work. It often happens to me when I get a badge then depart a game where the points from the badge would have ranked me up.

Had this happen as well as a wierd bug that kept awarding me the Medic Badge Silver. Earned like 2500 points since i kept winning it over and over.

Same thing goes for the Resupply series. I earned my silver before my bronze.

I have been waiting a couple of weeks for pins i got to show up, but they have not, the stats and awards on shingle and wake island do not seem to show up when it comes to certain pins and awards, there seems to be a problem there, am i getting the points for these?.....i dont know.

One point on a different server is usually all it takes to rank up.

I haven't double checked the 'official' statement in a week or so but last I knew many users are reporting badges, pins, awards etc not counting when playing Wake and Shingle.

also having another problem. this is probably caused by my computer but when I go into BFHQ and try to look at the badges awards etc i have whenever i click on a badge to see what i need to get next level it shuts down the entire game on me and brings me back to my desktop? any ideas? or can i check online what i need etc?

At a command prompt type: format c: and press enter

That is a great place to check your stats. It may have not been updated as of late, so it's best to register and place yourself in the quene.
