I've had about 10 (literally) E-Mails with them asking for information, which I gave them every time. They could right my life story with all that stuff and they just couldn't get it working.

Don't fret, man. I had similar problems when I originally downloaded NS.... Personally, I don't play NS that much anyway - usually only when everyone else does (like Phrosty Phursdays, or when the regular server won't stop crashing). Sorry you had so much trouble. I'm quite disappointed in EA for not knowing how to fix your dilemma!
