Voip issues...Weird
My voip will not work on the TG server. I cannot hear nor speak on the TG server. I've signed onto other servers and it has worked fine, but it will not work on the TG server. Anyone ever heard of this, or might know whats going on?
Whats the Deal with the tiny sig limit?

Never heard of that, but I would start by clearing out your local profile cache and possibly a reinstall of the game.

I've cleared the local cache's and I've done a complete reinstall, neither of the two worked whatsoever.

Re: Voip issues...Weird
I'm kinda having a variant of the problem. My sound in BF2142 is kinda messed up. The game sounds LOUD, and I have to keep it like that otherwise I can't hear others over VOIP. It's like everyone is whispering, and the game is LOUDLOUDLOUD.
I want to decrease the volume of game while increasing the volume of VOIP so that I can actually hear everyone, and I don't want to resort to asking the SL to "Say it Louder please."|TG-Irr|Adaxa

I already have VOIP at 100%, so I should just lower the effects right?

Re: Voip issues...Weird
VOIP volume depends on a sound card you use.
In the past I used onboard SoundMAX and had it set to 65%.
Now that I have Soundblaster X-Fi card I have to keep it at 100% and the microphone has to be much closer to my mouth. The difference is caused by the SB card not having the +20dB boost option for the microphone.
You would think that a higher quality sound card would be better at picking up microphone input but it is not the case for the current Soundblaster cards.
