Random 2142 Tech Question
In the near future, I plan on getting a new computer. Call this a stupid question but do I have to uninstall BF2142 before I install it again on the new computer? Any problems with Vista and 2142 that I should know about? Thanks in advance.

The key isn't "activated" on the EA servers, so you can install it all day long. The copy protection is that you have to have the CD in the drive to run the game.
So far as Vista is concerned, you'll just have to get the collective opinions of everyone who runs it. I personally run Vista x64 and the only problem I've had with 2142 is having to run TS as Administrator... and that's not even technically a 2142 issue."But way back where I come from, we never mean to bother. No issues with 2142 and vista just make sure that you run as admin, unless you tuen UAC off
