Ranking up
I never liked the engy class so I never did unlocks on it.....till I came here and have to use it.Here is my problem I hit Brig gen and still have 3 unlocks left in the engy class the repair gun,motion mines and saw. But it says ox earned I did a little searching but came up with nothing except to play NS. What do they mean by ox earned?What I'm asking is how do u get unlocks at this point?

The only way to get additional unlocks besides by ranking up is to play NS and earn the NS badges, ribbons and awards.
In standard 2142 badges, pins, ribbons etc earn you points and the points earn you a rank and thus an unlock. For NS, each NS award earns you an unlock, but no points. So it sounds to me like you need to go Northern Striking here soon.

You left motion mines unlocked? Ouch...
Get a friend or two together and find a low population Northern Strike server and work on the requirements for the remaining badges/pins. I have to do the same thing, I still have 3 things that require field unlocking as well.

It depends on how you play I guess. A few months ago (many, many months) sc1ence and I hit a server and worked on the Goliath pin and roadkill pins, we still played to the objectives while manning the Goliath and/or Hachi. We also kept the teams best interest in mind as we played. Granted it wasn't as quick as it could have been had we not played to the objectives... Come to think of it, I don't think I ever got the unlocks, but I did get the time needed in the vehicles, etc. I do think sc1ence earned his though, bastard...

Thanks I'll hit NS. Seems like a bad reward for getting to the top of ranks. I will get over it or start a new guy.

As was stated NS if your ticket. Give me a shout on x-fire and I'll play with ya. I love NS. Add coloniell if you have x-fire and/or oniell121 in-game

Ah good old NS. God I miss phrosty phursdays.
Yeah NS unlocks can be pain to get, but a lot of fun at the same time. I just got my last one about a week ago. (took me a while to get those speeder kills) Still Its nice to have everything unlocked. You know a lot of people have been talking about NS... maybe it's time to break out the arctic cammo...

I need to get NS working. I bought it, downloaded it, installed it and then found the TG server, shoving NS on the back burner, so I never found out until today that it isn't working.

The bronze NS badges are quite easy to achieve, and they have that big reward, the unlock credit! Unfortunately, I've had so many problems with clients and such trying to join an NS server that I just stopped, couldn't be bothered anymore.
