Why does this happen?
I was getting very aggravated on new Years Eve and New years Day. I would be playing either in a squad or as a squad leader, things would be going great. When all of a sudden I would get killed (not so bad) but then when I go to spawn in I suddenly find myself on the other team (Very bad). Why does this happen, as when I mentioned it over VOIP someone said that the server is not on forced auto balance. I have lost all kinds of points because of this happening and more than half the time I am kicked to the team that is losing which is not helping my Win/Loss ratio. So if anyone has an answer that makes sense I would love to hear it.

The server isn't running auto-balance so any move would have to be either done by yourself or an admin, most likely the cause is that your accidentally clicking the EU/PAC button at the top when changing kit loadouts or what not during your dead downtime.
On the plus side you won't be losing all kinds of points since you'll only end up losing 2 points, since all the points you earn regardless of side goes towards your total, and being on the losing side does not effect your points unless you are the commander.

That happens to me almost every time I play. Don't know why though. It can get very annoying.

I think there are a spots on the top of the screen that don't look like part of the menu, yet still act as the EU and PAC buttons. It happens to me, too, and as far as I can tell, I always here a click sound before noticing it, so it may be caused by accidental clicking. I'm going to start asking myself what I was doing just before the switch to try to figure it out (I suspect semi-auto firing mode plus clickspam).

Happens to me a good bit but only when I'm dead (no I don't click the buttons by mistake) and always to the team with more players. I really don't understand it. I have to spawn in then switch, I'm beyond caring for points so I don't really mind it just feels a bit low taking a ticket off that team. To make things worse it has happened during scrims so I've had to leave the server as that one ticket wouldn't be fair at all.
I'd say it happens to me very sporadically maybe not for days and then two rounds in a row.
