As of now, my experience 16742/16700. I have no idea what the problem is.
According to 2142-stats.com, my last stats update was on 09-02-08. I looked at the big-fix thread, and I can say for certain that my computer's clock is set right.
I had to happen to me time before, but they fixed themselves after a game or two. As you can see, this has been a few months now.
Does anyone know what I can do to get this issue fixed?
I might of read it wrong. But after posting this thread, my stats updated to January 30, 2009. Still need 9 days that have not been updated yet.Last edited by Axis_Sniper; 02-08-2009 at 12:22 PM. Reason: Misunderstanding.

Yeah the stats have been all screwed up now for a while... As for the points needed versus earned. It it a 'common' glitch. Often waiting it out is the best option. Past that this problem is often due to a person playing on just one server the vast majority of the time (Go |TG|!) and is caused because for whatever reason the server that you frequent doesn't get the needed status update from the main EA server. In short you just need to force the main to refresh your info.
The simplest way to force a refresh is to play on a different ranked server then the norm and score a point (kill/revive/capture/etc) this should force the master server to refresh your info and pop up your award/rank.
Now with the prolonged problems with the stats I'm not sure how well this will work, but it is worth a shot. Also keep in mind once you hit Brig - that's it, no more. Anything past Brig is a completely different thing.

PS: as of 2009-02-10 07:28 you show 18086/18300 points to Captain Silver so it looks like EA is starting to update their backlog of stats, or you had a very busy weekend!|TG-55| Infantry Division - Captain / JD Student

2142-stats.com does not auto update.
You need to update your stats manually there by clicking the "Add" button. On Top of that, EA master server has not been saving the medals correctly, so even if you earned a medal or ribbon, it may not show it.
Still, the more points than you need to rank up is a common glitch. Playing on another server for a while generally works. I have had to do it twice in the last week or so.

Thanks for the info, gentlemen. My stats just updated to February 5th. I shall continue to try that idea of playing on a different server.
