    Angry Switching/reloading phantoms

I don't get much "rubber banding" (except when all hell breaks loose like an orbital strike on a full server where both teams are all engaging in one location), but I get the following "bugs" persistently:

    1) Reload a weapon: Animation goes through, at end weapon is not reloaded and it reloads again. This can happen multiple times.
    2) Reload a weapon: Animation goes through, at end everything looks okay. First time I fire, the ammo counter goes back to what it was before reloaded.
    3) Switch a weapon: Animation goes through and when finished I am back to the original.
    4) Change position (usually when revived): Up from prone, view shudders, stands up then I am immediately prone again. It doesn't seem to happen in any other position changes, just getting up from prone.

Needless to say, this kind of stuff gets me killed - especially reloading in a fire fight. I am often shot off-guard while I am trying to reload multiple times.

I get these effects on all servers, not just TG (I am in Europe, so I have a relatively high ping at TG - about 120ms).

Has anyone else experienced these kinds of "bugs"? Any known way to solve them?
I want a semi-automatic grenade launcher for the support role... like the one available in Aliens vs. Predator 2. All those different "warhead" types would be extremely useful.

Something like this happens to me randomly with some weapons, sometimes weapon loads without showing animation and stuff.

What I can tell is that, jumping, falling and other fast action (I think running too). Will stop your reload or bug it, and it starts all over again.

otherwise I would try lower graphic settings and see if this keeps happening, seems like server doesn't register you pressing R even though your computer does.

I sometimes have the reload twice in row bug, which is frustrating, but it's not as frustrating as when you change positions or screens and your gun just decides to reload on its own even it the clip is almost full. I hate that the most.

Thanks for the replies! At least I know I'm not alone in this.
I already have my graphics settings at the lowest possible (except view distance because I kept getting rocketed by enemies I couldn't see in the fog). My computer is not pumped enough for proper gaming, so it just can't cope.
Yes, running seems to stop everything else. I'm normally crouched and in cover when reloading. It's death otherwise, but still BF2142 is so fast that dual/triple/quadruple reloading often means that an entire squad advances on your previously "safe" position and gets a nice, easy point-blank head shot.
