I switched to Vista and now I can't hear anybody talk over VOIP. Anybody have any guesses?

Have you configured TeamSpeak to run as administrator? Even if your account is an administrator, TeamSpeak needs to be specifically configured to run with administrator rights in order to function properly in Vista.
