You posted in the FAQs, maybe you should take a minute and read the FAQs. Your answer is in there.

Re: Clan infro
TG is overall a community as I'm sure you know. Anyone who agrees to follow the rules and such of TG can wear the tags. There are sub-groups of TG called IHSs or In-House Squads. These function in a way like clans in that acceptance into the IHS is limited. To be in an IHS, you need to be a supporting member, but there is an exception to that: the Irregulars. The Irregs (TG-Irr) is an IHS that spans almost all the games and does not have the SM requirement.
PS - Do I see marching band in your avatar?

Re: Clan infro
Tactical Gamer is a community not a clan. We have In house squads not clans. Even though someone might be a member of an IHS they are all still TG.
To be a member of an IHS you have to be a supporting member EXCEPT for the Irregulars who are allowed to have both supporting members and non supporting members.

Re: Clan infro
Yes, you answered your own question. Irregulers are your best bet w/o membership. Submit an application to them and you should be off to a good start. More importently, follow their teachings, they have a lot to teach you as a player, but more importently teach what TG is and how to been a great TG member.
