Rasta, even though your computer looks nice, I would suspect your CPU for being a bottleneck for the whole system? How does it work in other games?

- You guys can try to download the newest graphic drivers, see if it helps.

- Or try to put it on the lowest graphic settings in the game. Perhaps try to write game.lockfps 0 in the console (allows the game to run over 100 fps)

What about your internet connection? I know my computer has 110 Mbps and it seems to work well...but my other computer has 54 Mbps and is extremely slow when there is a lot of people on the server.

I'm having a great deal of problems with lag lately as well. I am forced to run the game on lowest settings while earlier I could play it perfectly on high-medium settings.
