Fraps 2.9.9 warning
I installed this and Punkbuster kicked me for missing files, so hold off from this update.. Quit Fraps, and it works normally again. Will update if I find anything else out.

Update from Fraps support:
Unfortunately we are unable to directly resolve this issue ourselves, PunkBuster
will need to be updated to support this new version of Fraps.
We have contacted EvenBalance to inform them of the new release of Fraps and it
should be supported in an update soon.
In the meantime, I'd recommend that you use the previous 2.9.8 release of Fraps
with online games that make use of PunkBuster.BF3 Soldier: DrSparky
