Microphone "too low"
I've heard multiple people comment that my mic is low, but I've got my transmit/receive settings maxed, and my microphone sound tests seem fine. Can anyone enlighten this poor noob?
Playing BF2142 as:
-{SXGr}- J0KerRr
-{SXGr}- x^DeTeR
I'm always open for tips, tutorials and training in the gunship while online, just ask :)
Currently taking a break from MW2, but when I play its as:
eXileD// DeTeR
Even if you don't consider that I only have 7 days played in the gunship I'm one of the best pilots in the game
I will always accept a 1v1, friendly or not

Control Panel -> Recording -> Talk
Does the red bar go up all the way when you talk?
If it doesn't, you might want to see if you have the correct device selected.
Most laptops today come with an inbuilt microphone (a bad one at that) - you might accidentally have that selected.Without teamwork, you'll never survive.

i play with my laptop without even a mouse and the built in mic.. some people say its even too hard sometimes lol

I play on a desktop, although my iMac has a built in mic which I could never get to work, so I'll try playing around with the settings. Thanks!
